HOME WITH THEIR HORSES
Set in the rolling hills of Wellington County, Pam & Michael fell in love with this 100-acre farm in 2017 and purchased it. The 1881 brick farmhouse had potential for expanding and the barns were perfect for their 4 horses. A large country kitchen had been added to the farmhouse in 2000. An attached double garage was demolished to make room for a 1700 square foot addition including a new main entry, master bedroom suite, two home offices, mudroom and laundry. Also attached to the house is a new garage large enough for 3 vehicles plus a carport for storing gardening equipment. New basement space houses a work-out room, and a games/media room. An old porch was removed and in its place, a bright, airy Four Season Sunroom was built, connecting to the original Dining Room with a generous archway.
